Sudhir undertook a 6-months specialized training at Utkal Gaurav Foundation in basic computer skills, personality development and communication. Sanjay was supported by Utkal Gaurav Foundation in his time of need. He has benefited from free classes in computers, personality development and communication and has managed to bring a regular source of income to his family in Odisha. He is currently working as a Site Supervisor at Shrishti Sam-Lain JV in New Delhi and is the first one from his family to be employed.
Madan was born in a poor family in Berunapadi. Utkal Gaurav Foundation helped him with free computer classes and spoken english classes which has helped him become a first generation earner in his family landing a job as a Sales Executive at Ashwath Innovation Pvt Ltd, New Delhi. He has been supporting his family in the village for the past two years.
